Founded in 2006, INTERACS has become a global energy and commodities trading company.

Having begun with a focus on oil trading, our activities now encompass all key energy products and a wide range of dry bulk commodities. We have also grown the physical elements of our business and operate a significant portfolio of assets, including production, logistics and storage interests.

The INTERACS network encompasses 8 offices in 6 countries and the Group employs more than 1000 people of 40 nationalities. We trade in more than 50 countries.

What do we trade?

Oil and Oil Products

Our trading activities cover all geographical areas and serve a network of national oil organizations, major oil companies and independent trading companies.

Crude oil is a naturally occurring, unrefined petroleum product composed of hydrocarbon deposits and other organic materials. Crude oil can be refined to produce usable products such as gasoline, diesel and various forms of petrochemicals.

INTERACS trades Crude Oil and the petrochemical products, such as:

  • Gasoline and Naphtha

  • Fuel Oil
  • Bitumen
  • Additional Products

From small quantities of specialized products to bio fuels and other commodities INTERACS identifies opportunities and relationships that complement our core businesses.

Metals

INTERACS specializes in processing non-ferro metals into valuable, ready-to-use materials for the global metal industry. Our comprehensive range of ready-to-use and standardized non-ferro metal products includes aluminum, copper, stainless steel, zinc, lead and many other related products. Factories can immediately use these products as raw materials, in conjunction with or as replacement for primary metals. Moreover, INTERACS’s permanent wide stock of non-ferrous products, allows us to expertly and efficiently serve our clients.

Iranian Microbial Iron Oxide (MIO)

Run of mine ore contains a natural iron oxide (Fe2O3) which distinguishes it from other iron ores with its metallic gray luster and lamellar structure.

Micaceous Iron Oxide (MIO) is rather a rare mineral and significant resources are known in the world. There are major differences in iron content, mineralogy and lamellarity between these sources.

Iranian MIO is processed and produced based on EN ISO 10601 standards. The product has high quality and is an excellent choice for following applications.

  • Anti-corrosion coating
  • Heat resistant anti-corrosion coating
  • Prime coating
  • Thin film coating
